  • Payments need to be made within 24 hours of the clean completed, if not a late fee of £5 will be added.

  • If you cancel your clean within 48 hours you will be required to pay 50% of your cleaning cost.

  • If your unhappy with your clean, Please let me know within 24 hours. We will try to resolve the problem but no refunds will be given

  • Services offered range from End of Tenancies, Residential Cleans Carpet Cleans, Oven Cleans and Business Cleans

  • It is the responsibility of the owner to move any furniture or belongings prior to the booking. We are not liable for any damages or moving furniture to undertake our work
